全民英檢自2000年推出以來，在歷任董事會、主任/執行長與中心同仁的耕耘下，奠定堅實基礎。衷心感謝前輩們的領航與努力，讓現今的團隊得以承接這份使命，繼續推動創新與精進。也格外感激全力配合的協辦學校、犧牲假期的試務人員及辛勤嚴謹的評分老師，讓每一次的測驗都得以順利進行，為應考人提供穩定優質的服務。

25年來全民英檢服務超過千萬人次，感謝各界對我們的信賴與肯定。我們很榮幸能夠為國家的教育和語言政策盡一份心力，從推廣終身學習到落實雙語政策，全民英檢一直是重要的輔助工具。我們也努力扣緊社會的變化與需求，為各年齡層的求學求職加值，協助教育界和產業界選才育才。

近年來，我們不斷優化測驗與服務，致力於實踐促進教學、學習、評量的正向循環的理念。從「GEPT 聽診室」到「全民英檢 i 學網」，運用數位工具與個人化診斷回饋，幫助學習者持續成長，也透過補助與差異化服務，落實教育公平。展望未來，LTTC團隊將強化專業品質，結合AI與大數據，拓展全民英檢的教育影響力，邁向下一個里程碑，持續成為最值得信賴的語言學習評量夥伴。

Since its inception in 2000, the GEPT has been built on a strong foundation, thanks to the dedication of successive boards, directors, and the devoted LTTC team. I offer my heartfelt gratitude to the pioneers who paved the way, enabling us to carry forward the mission and pursue continuous improvement. I am also grateful to our partner schools, test administrators who give up their weekends, and our meticulous raters whose commitment ensures fair, high-quality evaluation for every test session.

Over the past 25 years, the GEPT has served more than 10 million individuals. We deeply appreciate the trust and support from all sectors of society. It is a privilege to contribute to national English education—supporting lifelong learning and advancing Taiwan’s bilingual policy. We remain focused on adapting to changing needs, expanding opportunities for learners of all ages, and assisting the education and industry sectors in talent development.

In recent years, we have refined our assessments and services, staying true to our belief in a positive cycle of teaching, learning, and assessment. From Dr. GEPT to GEPT iPrep, we have integrated digital tools and personalized feedback to support continuous learning. Through subsidies and tailored services, we also strive to promote educational equity. Looking ahead, the LTTC will continue to raise professional standards, harness AI and big data, and expand GEPT’s educational impacts. Together, we look forward to continuing as Taiwan’s most trusted partner in English learning and assessment.
